These Polaroid photos were taken 50 years ago today at John Lennon's home, Kenwood . On June 16, 1965 John, Ringo, Neil and Alf were all sitting around trying to come up with a good song for Ringo to sing on the "Help!" album. They had recorded "If you got Troubles" but they weren't happy with it. They sat around John's dining room table and John found "Act Naturally" and everyone thought it was a great choice. And so for the first time, sitting around John Lennon's table in Kenwood, Ringo first sang "Act Naturally." It would be recorded the next day.
